New Movie Introduces Red, the Rebellious Daughter of the Queen of Hearts

The fourth installment in the popular Descendants franchise, "Descendants: The Rise of Red," is now streaming on Disney+. The movie introduces Red (played by Kylie Cantrall), the rebellious daughter of the Queen of Hearts.

After the Queen of Hearts incites a coup against Auradon, Red teams up with Cinderella's perfectionist daughter, Chloe (played by Malia Baker), to travel back in time and prevent it. The movie also features Dara Reneé as Rosalind, the new headmistress of Auradon Prep, and Ruby Rose Turner as Bridget, the daughter of Muffy.

The "Descendants" franchise has been a huge success for Disney, with the first three movies grossing over $600 million worldwide. "Descendants: The Rise of Red" is expected to continue the franchise's success, with its exciting new characters and storyline.
